Lenny Hayes, MA
I am the Founder/Owner of Tate Topa Consulting, LLC.
My focus is not only on American Indian Historical and Intergenerational Trauma but other various types of trauma that affects this population, Two-Spirit/Native LGBTQ community and the general population as a whole. I have extensive training and experience in mental and chemical health issues.
Tate Topa is a Dakota Sioux term which means either 'four directions' or 'four winds'.
Vision:
To promote healing where all Native people and the general population are treated with dignity, respect, and honor.
Mission:
Tate Topa Consulting services works to educate, advocate, and bring awareness to individuals, communities, and organizations about mental health issues that affect Native American/Alaskan Natives and/or Two Spirit Individuals.
My Educational Qualifications
I graduated in 2010 from the Adler Graduate School, Richfield, MN with a Masters degree in Alderian Cousnseling and Psychotherapy with an emphasis in: Marriage Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling and Management Clinical Couseling and Organizational Leadership. In 2014 I received additional education in Co-Occurring Disorders from Adler Graduate School.
